Returns:

  • Customized/personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund
